Regarding Monthly Fees Payment

Payment for monthly fees should be made via credit card on the website.
The registered credit card will be charged on the 20th of each month. (The exact withdrawal date may vary depending on the card company.)
If the monthly fee is unpaid, a re-withdrawal will be attempted.
If the credit card expires at the time of billing, the payment will not be processed correctly. Please update your registration information via My Page as soon as possible.
If there is a change in your credit card, please update it by the 10th of each month.
If you do not have a credit card, you can register by paying a handling fee of ¥1,100 at the reception desk.

Monthly fees are not prorated and are paid in advance for one month. (Example: February’s fee is withdrawn on 1/20.)
When joining, only the next month’s fee will be withdrawn, and the fee for the month of joining will be withdrawn on the 20th of the month of withdrawal. (To reduce the burden of paying for two months at the time of joining.)
(*In the case of entering in May, When you enter the membership, you will be debited for the month of June, and when you cancel the membership, you will be debited for the month of your entry (May). *Revised on June 1, 2024.
Usage starts from the time online registration is completed, and the monthly fee is incurred.
For minors, inputting emergency contact information is considered to have obtained the consent of the guardian, and the monthly fee is incurred.
If there is an unpaid fee, you cannot attend lessons or proceed with reservations.
If you withdraw in the middle of the month, the paid monthly fee will not be refunded for any reason.

After joining with the free registration fee campaign, you cannot suspend or withdraw for six months from the month the monthly fee is incurred. (Three months for the Healthy Class)
Course changes can be made after three months from joining.
For course changes, suspension, or withdrawal, please come to the store or contact us via the official LINE by the 15th of the month before the desired month of change. (Example: For changes from June, by 5/15)
If you want to suspend, a handling fee of ¥3,300 will be charged.
The maximum suspension period is three months. Continuous suspension for four months or more is not allowed. (Example: 〇 April suspension→May resumption→June suspension, ✕ April suspension→July suspension)
If you take lessons during the suspension period, you will be charged the visitor fee.
You cannot proceed with withdrawal procedures if there is an unpaid monthly fee.
Monthly fees will continue to be charged until a withdrawal notice is submitted.
Unused tickets after withdrawal must be used by the 15th of the following month. They will expire after the 15th of the following month.
After withdrawal, “registration fee and paid monthly fees” will not be refunded retroactively.
In principle, no refunds will be made under any circumstances.

This course is limited to residents of rural areas and overseas, and those living in the six cities (Tokyo, Saitama, Chiba, Kanagawa, Tochigi, Ibaraki) cannot purchase or register.
For customers wishing to enroll in the LOCAL course, please first contract for the course (annual fee of ¥1,100). (You may be required to send an image proving your address.)
After contracting for the LOCAL course, you can purchase tickets exclusively for the LOCAL course from My Page.

Actions that hinder the operation of the studio/disrupt order, or actions that damage the studio’s honor and credibility, will result in forced withdrawal if committed by the individual or the guardian of a minor.
We strictly prohibit slander, personal attacks, exposure, privacy violations, and any actions that harm others, as well as actions against public order and morals, illegal acts, commercial activities, recruitment, political or religious activities.
Bringing pets, items that emit odors, dangerous items, or anything that may cause inconvenience to other members is strictly prohibited.
If fraudulent attendance is detected, a penalty (three times the monthly fee) and forced withdrawal may be imposed. (Example: attending a lesson without a reservation)
The studio and instructors are not responsible for any accidents or injuries inside or outside the studio.
If you damage or stain any equipment in the studio, you will be required to compensate for the full or partial cost.
The studio and instructors are not responsible for theft or loss inside the studio.
If you lose or damage the locker key, you will be charged a key replacement fee of ¥2,200.
